- Create creative concept and direct teams of graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters in various creative projects and oversee workflow to completion
- Collaborate with strategists and account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
- Lead brainstorming or creative sessions to generate ideas
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
- Min. 2 years of working experience at advertising agency
- Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, typography, digital, and brand development
- Excellent knowledge of how people interact with media
