Job description for Creative Lead - Social Media at CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN ME HOLDING
- Lead the development of social-first creative ideas, campaign concepts and key assets across digital platforms.
- Develop creative direction & visual language that are relevant to social platforms and target audiences.
- Work closely with Strategy, Account and Production teams to turn ideas into engaging social content and campaign executions.
- Supervise creative execution and conduct QC to ensure consistency, quality and alignment with the campaign idea.
- Lead and review social content formats including KV, static/digital assets, short-form videos, social series and platform-native content.
- Develop case studies to showcase campaign ideas, creative executions and effectiveness.
- Supervise social content shooting/production when required, particularly for key or strategic clients.
- Manage and guide the Creative / Content / Post-production team, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, consumer behavior, and the evolving social commerce landscape.
- Ensure revenue targets, profitability, and client satisfaction objectives are consistently achieved.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Creative / Social / Digital Agency.
- Strong social-first creative thinking & campaign concept development.
- Good sense of Art Direction, Visual & Content.
- Experience in creative supervision, QC & social content production.
- Strong presentation, communication & teamwork skills.
- Experience in leading / mentoring creative teams is a plus.
- Portfolio is required.
