- An impressive conceptual outlook and ability to produce original ideas
- Able to adhere to brand identity and client’s key messages
- Able to consider existing graphics to produce original content
- Able to develop mood boards for campaign concepts and brainstorming trends
- High-level creative thinking and the confidence to use it
- The confidence to be bold, share and present ideas internally and externally
- Strong written and communication skills especially to communicate design choices clearly and concisely
- Solid knowledge of design and visual principles
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, events and projects, and intensive workloads
- Ability to work with deadlines
- The ability to deliver campaigns that generate results; Result-driven and detail-oriented
- Ability to operate collaboratively, and with a high degree of autonomy.
- Motivation and the desire to execute every job to the highest standard
- A demonstrated commitment to the provision of quality services
- Strong experience in relevant fields
- Currently studying visual communication design and multimedia will be preferred

Key Accountabilities for this position
- Staying up to date with the latest industry trends in products, the arts, entertainment, marketing and advertising to keep abreast of competitors
- Producing a host of ideas, selecting the best ones and selling them to the other members of the team and to clients
- Creating ideas that can be used across various platforms to support campaigns
- Encouraging others to share their ideas and nurturing creativity
- Generate fresh concepts and produce design and visual concepts
- Support various divisions within the agency to develop communication materials.
- Coordinating services of outside vendors (example: printing vendors, etc)
