Job description for Course Facilitator at The KPI Institute
- Conducting and leading live/online course delivery;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing recommendations for improvements;
- Conducting the 1on1 coaching and consultation sessions
- Giving recommendation of shows formats that will engage listeners and appeal to them;
- Coordinating the creation of an episode's content with producers, designers, and other related staff members;
- Researching the subject in advance of each program;
- Being the subject-matter experts or speaker during the podcast
- Creating and publishing content to all ILMS/LMSL social media platform to raise audience number and brand awareness
- Developing audio and video content with multimedia team and other related staff member
- Conduct research and analyze collected data, as well as explore recommended practices of different important aspects and elements in 10 different areas (personal, relationships, family, parenting, household management, home organization, personal productivity, personal resilience, happiness, and wellbeing);
- Develop research reports and publications;
- Write articles on given topics;
- Other responsibilities as they arise appointed by their direct managers
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Humanities fields, Education, or other relevant related studies;
- Have skill and experience as training facilitator, coach, or similar role;
- Have strong research, analysis, and critical thinking skills;
- Have excellent verbal communication and active listening skills;
- Have experience in public speaking or writing;
- Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team;
- Excel in written and verbal English
- Are energetic, entrepreneurial, hardworking and persistent;
- Have creative thinking;
- 16+ years spent on researching KPI best practice;
- 220+ research reports published to date;
