About the Role
Innovita is expanding its presence in Southeast Asia and is looking for a motivated Country Sales Representative to support business growth in Thailand and Indonesia. This role will focus on developing new distributor partnerships, supporting existing distributors, and driving hospital market development for Innovita’s rapid diagnostic solutions, especially in respiratory and infectious disease testing.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct local market research, customer analysis, and competitor mapping in the IVD / POCT market.
· Identify, develop, and evaluate potential distributors, channel partners, and key accounts.
· Manage distributor relationships, including business planning, sales tracking, training support, and performance follow-up.
· Work closely with distributors to develop hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and other healthcare customers.
· Support the Regional Director in preparing sales plans, market development plans, and annual sales budgets.
· Execute sales activities according to agreed targets and business plans.
· Collect market feedback, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to support product and market strategy.
· Build and maintain relationships with local KOLs, clinicians, laboratory professionals, and hospital decision-makers.
· Support academic meetings, product demonstrations, distributor training, and local marketing activities when needed.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields preferred.
· Experience in IVD, POCT, medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare channel sales is preferred.
· Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and business development skills.
· Good market sensitivity and ability to identify business opportunities.
· Familiarity with local healthcare systems, hospital purchasing processes, and distributor networks is a strong advantage.
· Local language proficiency is required: Thai language for Thailand; Bahasa Indonesia for Indonesia.
· Working proficiency in English or Mandarin Chinese is required.
· Strong understanding of local culture and business practices.
· Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned market and support long-term local business development.
