- Active giving advice, tips, tricks, and recommendations to members in the forum.
- Able to provide call and video call counseling in an ethical and professional manner while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Assess clients thoroughly to ensure short-term counseling is appropriate.
- Possess genuine listening skills and can provide short-term interventions such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused techniques.
- Ability to educate clients about appropriate coping mechanisms to help them through tough situations.
- Ability to work with clients presenting with concerns impacting personal or work performance.
- Passionate about providing support to clients from anywhere.
- Culturally sensitive to our clients and flexible using Google Meet or Zoom as needed.
- Competent in using our various methods of contact – telephone, video, email, text, and live chat.
- Experience: Having experience in counseling is a plus. We welcome Fresh graduates to apply.
- Education level: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Counseling.
- Aptitude to empathize with clients and help them open up.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide support and assistance.
- Have a positive attitude and outlook on life.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
