Job description for Corporate HRIS Specialist at Parador Hotels & Resorts
Main Responsibilities:
Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot HR System based on business needs & requirements
Cleaning Database and Maintain 8 Hotels and Corporate (Primary)
Maintenance Fix and Error HRIS
Coordinate with respective stakeholders to help translate the business needs & requirements into technical configuration in system
Create, manage, and maintain all set-up and system configuration
Execute testing procedures for all system configuration to serve the overall quality assurance process
Provide documentation of all processes
Deliver socialization and trainings for respective stakeholders as needed
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information system, or equivalent experience
1 – 2 years of experience working as system analyst, preferably related in HR system implementations
Having a consulting mindset, experienced in dealing with client’s issues and delivering best option solutions
Good analytical and structured thinking
Good communication skills
Expert Sunfish have must up 1 year
Have experience in Sunfish and Greatday HR system is a plus
