JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Prepare and manage financial models including revenue, cost, cash flow, and profitability
2. Support the preparation of financial projections
3. Assist in business feasibility analysis such as feasibility studies, ROI, IRR, and payback period calculations
4. Support investment scheme simulations
5. Assist in daily and weekly cash flow monitoring
6. Prepare cash position reports and funding requirement projections
7. Follow up with related teams to ensure projects run according to timeline
8. Prepare data and documents for management or investor presentations
9. Prepare summaries of discussions, meetings, and analysis results
10. Organize and maintain working files such as financial models, reports, and presentation decks
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
2. Understanding of basic financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (mandatory), including formulas such as IF, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH/XLOOKUP
4. Understanding of Cash Flow Management, budgeting, and forecasting concepts
5. Able to process and analyze data into simple insights
6. Detail-oriented and accustomed to working with numbers
7. Well-organized in documentation and file management
8. High level of discipline and responsibility
9. Able to write clear reports, summaries, and memos
10. Trustworthy in handling important data and confidential document
