Job description for Corporate Content Specialist at PT NUSA INTI SATU ARTHA (DOKU)
Job Descriptions:
- Produce/complete/update/refresh/enrich bilingual corporate assets regularly based on the company’s dynamic direction, aiming to boost DOKU's local and international industry leadership through well research content.
- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gain optimized insight and data (e.g., marketing, business/sales, product, etc.).
- Leverage data and insights from internal and partner teams/merchants to achieve holistic content development.
- Ensure that the corporate team is promoting well research content within their scope (written, video, audio, etc.).
- Write high-quality, detailed, and data-supported content strategy documents for various external purposes (e.g. media backgrounder, spokesperson deck, industry research, corporate infographic, thought leadership article, etc.).
Job Requirements:
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
- An impeccable grasp of the English & Indonesia language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions.
- Advanced writing and editing abilities.
- Requires careful attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently & in a team with little or no daily supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with team members and DOKU leaders.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
- Strict adherence to the company's style guides and policies for publication.
- Familiarity with the company's brand image products, and services, or the Fintech industry in the general.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
