Job description for Controlling Senior Executive (for Supply Chain Department) at MM Mega Market Vietnam
MISSION STATEMENT
- Assist Supply Chain Manager to manage & control logistics activities.
- Ensure the achievements of Centralized Warehouse (CW) objectives, including:
- Monitor and manage supplier contract & administration
- Accurately calculate and analyst details of cost at CW and income of Supplier
- Reporting all monthly cost and income data, supplier performance and communicate effectively with suppliers on any changes that will effect to the contract. Ensure 100% income according to the signed contract is collected.
ROLES
- Coordinate with relevant functional team, inside and outside to complete assigned tasks.
- Be a MM Mega Market’s representative and work as a bridge to connect between Supplier, MM Mega Market Head Office, Merchandise and LSP in order to overcome day to day issue.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Suppliers contract filling and recording all contract condition for refund at month end.
- Income calculation according to signed contract for all indirect suppliers with different flow type (BBXD, PAXD).
- Monthly Procurement Incidental report to reflect all the activities in Supply Chain in financial view.
- Reporting the P&L on summary/department/store level & propose the action plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree
- Knowledge and experience in supply chain / logistics / controlling / operation field or related ones
- Good analytical skills
- Good understanding of information systems/ concepts
- Good communication skills
- Computer skills (Excel, Access, Power point).
- Dynamic, honest and reliable
- Team work, social skills and persistence
- Self disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure
