We’re looking for a Content Moderator to join our Content & Community team to ensure that the Glints mobile app provides relevant, useful, and reliable content through content moderation.
You will be reviewing and moderating content in Glints Feed to ensure that they are compliant with community guidelines. Using your analytical skills and attention to detail, you will monitor, assess, and investigate issues in the app to achieve business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor and report visual and written user-generated-content (UGC) that violates community guidelines;
- Monitor and report harmful keywords in the UGC;
- Collaborate with product, engineer, and customer relations teams to investigate or resolve issues regarding content and community;
- Engage and interact with the community by generating thoughtful content.

Who We Are Looking For
- You should possess effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia to serve users in Indonesia;
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to understand context and to identify sentiments in written messages;
- Great organisational and analytical skills to make judgments in an empathetic, timely and decisive manner;
- Willingness to learn and openness to feedback; and
- Customer-centric attitude with a focus on solving problems for users by actively collaborating with other teams and stakeholders; Passion for content ideation and generation.
