About This Role
Glints is hiring a Content Creator to join us in our mission in providing users with resources to discover and develop their career. The Content Creator will be a part of the Content & Community team and will shape Glints’ mobile app content, generating career-related content for young professionals and driving user engagement through high-quality content. The Content Creator will be driving user engagement on our mobile app through content, and will ideate and produce mobile app content to achieve business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Ideate and produce high-quality career-related content on Glints Feed to help young professionals progress at any stage of their career;
- Curate relevant and trending topics from internal or external sources and repurpose them into app content;
- Develop and collaborate with designers, and other teams such as the Community, Product, and Marketing Teams, to achieve business objectives;
- Take charge of content experiments and initiatives to ensure user engagement in the Glints mobile app

Who We Are Looking For
- You should ideally possess fluent editorial and copywriting skills;
- Passion in creating impact through storytelling with a keen interest in solving user problems through content;
- Great initiative and ability to work independently;
- Proficient communication skills, especially in Bahasa Indonesia to serve users in the Indonesian market;
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to create actionable plans;
- Ability to understand user needs and pain points, as well as a keen interest i the career ecosystem in Indonesia; and
- Some working knowledge in UX and app content creation
