Job description for Content Creator/ Internal Communicator at Công ty TNHH Insights
As part of our continued growth, Insights is looking for a Content Creator / Internal Communicator to bring our workplace culture and company stories to life through engaging content and meaningful internal activities.
In this role, you will create short-form videos, manage the company’s social media pages, and organize internal events and employee engagement activities. You will have the opportunity to combine creativity, storytelling, and communication to strengthen our employer brand, foster employee connection, and make life at Insights more visible and engaging both inside and outside the company
Requirements:
- Approximately 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, communications, event coordination, or a related field.
- Final-year university students may also apply if they can work full-time on-site and demonstrate a clear commitment to a long-term working arrangement.
- Hands-on experience creating short-form videos, including basic filming, editing, and content formatting.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, and an understanding of how content formats differ across channels.
- Basic proficiency in video editing and design tools such as CapCut, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Good Vietnamese/ English writing skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and adapt tone to different audiences.
A portfolio is required as part of your application. It may include personal projects, university projects, internship work, or social media accounts you have managed.
What You Will Do
1. Content Creation & Social Media
- Create short-form videos, photos, and engaging content for company social media channels and other assigned projects.
- Develop content ideas, scripts, and captions; handle basic filming, editing, publishing, and performance tracking.
- Support content production for different projects, campaigns, and marketing activities as needed.
2. Internal Communication & Employer Branding
- Create content showcasing company culture, employee stories, and workplace activities.
- Prepare internal announcements and communication materials in collaboration with HR and other teams.
- Support initiatives that strengthen employer branding and employee engagement.
3. Internal Events & Coordination
- Support the planning and organization of company events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Coordinate event logistics and capture photos/videos for internal communication and social media.
- Handle other related content and communication tasks as needed
