- To be active in doing high potential meetings and credentials with potential business partners
- Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
- Work with team to brainstorm possible solutions to client business needs and prepare estimates and timelines for projects, presenting them to clients where necessary
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy.
- Manage reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach
- Responsible for providing, detailing, and executing content ideas on the brand's social media, starting from TikTok, Youtube, and Instagram Feeds.
- Provide ideas and execute weekly and monthly digital campaigns from the provided budget to increase engagement and awareness.
- Responsible for a brand image through visuals and content issued on all social media channels with various outputs (video, audio, visual, etc).
- Make copywriting, angles and coordinate with the team to make it output for the needs of selling products or services that the marketing team will advertise.
- Coordinate with Creative Director, Marketing, Production team (Design and Video), and KOL team in executing the idea that has been created
- Coordinate with the KOL division to improve the brand image or content and campaign needs
- Experienced in the same position or related field for min. 2 years
- Ability to coordinate with teams and cross-function
- Willing to explore new ideas in creating creative contents
- Good communication, negotiaton, persuation and leadership
- Willing to be placed in Pal Merah, Jakarta Barat (WFH during Covid-19)
