Product Information: SparkMath is an online learning Math program designed to support students in developing knowledge based on the Vietnamese Ministry of Education curriculum, using the exclusive CPA and UDSC methodologies for students grade 1 - 5.
- Working hours: Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 18:30 PM
- Working location: 18 Street No. 1, Him Lam Area, District 07, HCMC

RESPONSIBILITY
Customer Insight and Experience
- Assist in user research to identify common traits, pain points, and unmet needs;
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors;
- Assist to design a storyboard for the customer journey;
Community Management
- Edit short-form videos for community channels (Zalo, Facebook, TikTok);
- Support production of recap videos, tutorial clips, or parent-facing content;
- Repurpose existing content into formats suited for different platforms;
- Maintain a simple content calendar and track post performance;
- Monitor and engage Zalo and Facebook groups;
- Draft posts, announcements, and parent communications;
Team Efficiency
- Support identify and test automation opportunities across different workflows;
- Document what works and create reusable templates or SOPs;
- Leverage AI tools for to enhance workflows;
- Assist in testing new tools or process changes; log outcomes clearly.

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to intern at least 40 hours/week (Tue to Sat) for 3-6 months;
- Final-year students in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Education, etc., with a passion for product development and project management;
- Can edit short-form videos end-to-end: trimming, captions, transitions, basic color/audio;
- Good communication and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese;
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Tools;
- Strong organizational, planning, and entrepreneurial spirit;
- Responsible, hardworking, and progressive.
- Nice to Have
- Experience making short-form videos (Facebook reels, Tiktok);
- Experience using AI tools to speed up video production;
- Basic Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, simple dashboards);
- Familiarity with automation tools;
- Passion in education / edtech.
