Job description for Community Executive (Korean-speaking) at bTaskee Vietnam
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Operations & Engagement
- Manage and operate customer community channels across online and in-app platforms;
- Moderate, respond to, and maintain the quality of community interactions — posts, comments, and messages;
- Plan and execute community engagement activities including minigames, challenges, events, appreciation programs, and community campaigns;
- Encourage and develop user-generated content (UGC) to increase engagement and amplify brand reach.
2. Content & Community Communications
- Develop community content tailored to customer segments — posts, visuals, short videos, announcements, and in-app content;
- Execute initiatives to spread community values and attract new customers to participate;
- Monitor content trends and customer behavior; propose creative ideas to improve communication effectiveness and engagement;
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure community communication is consistent and well-executed.
3. Insights & Reporting
- Collect feedback, conduct surveys, and analyze insights from customers to recommend experience improvements;
- Track and report on key community metrics including engagement, participation, UGC, sentiment, and program performance;
- Support the resolution of community issues or communication crises, ensuring timely responses aligned with brand guidelines;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields;
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Community, Content, PR, or Digital Marketing);
- Strong content creation skills including copywriting, visual thinking, and basic scriptwriting;
- Proficient in social media platforms and AI-powered creative tools (Canva, CapCut, or equivalent);
- Service-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and accountable with a strong willingness to learn;
- Experience in event organization or community program execution is a plus;
- Korean proficiency (TOPIK 3+);
- Have a personal laptop.
