Job description for Community Executive (Asker) at bTaskee Vietnam

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Community Executive to help build and grow the bTaskee user community. This role will support community operations, content creation and customer engagement initiatives, contributing to an enhanced user experience and long-term community growth.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As the role of Community Executive, you will be fully in charge for:

  • Monitor and engage with customer posts and discussions within the community to maintain an active and positive environment;
  • Support the operation of community engagement activities, including content seeding and interaction through community accounts;
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with KOLs/KOCs, experts, and community members;
  • Support the coordination of online and offline activities for community members, KOLs/KOCs, and partners;
  • Assist in managing community accounts representing experts and partners;
  • Support content planning and content creation for community channels and partner/expert accounts;
  • Gather customer feedback, community insights, and user behavior trends to support engagement initiatives and product improvements;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Community Management, Customer Engagement, Marketing, Partnership, or related fields;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Active user of social media platforms and online communities;
  • Passionate about community building, customer engagement, and social content;
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks;
  • Have a personal laptop.

Nice to have

  • Basic English or Korean communication skills;
  • Experience managing social media pages, groups, or online communities is a plus.
