1. Implement Customer/ Consumer consultancy activities:
· Collect VOCs nationwide on the Company’s products & services via all channels to make VOC report, and listen to opinions, proposals from other departments (such as CSC, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to consider for improving VOC collecting activity more effectively;
· Implement daily “Customer/Consumer consultancy” activity, cooperate with related departments to handle customer’s requirements, inquiries and complaints in compliance with procedures;
· Update information on the Company’s products & services from other departments in case of any changes, using for customer consultancy and periodically update Q&A;
2. Implement Online and On-site Cooking Class:
· Work with other teams of the Public Relations Department to organize Cooking Class for consumers, young mothers, retailers, and members of Women Association nationwide;
· Work with assigned Provincial Women's Associations to communicate and organize the Online and On-site Cooking Class for Women Association’s members.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or related majors;
· Proficient in MS Office;
· Strong communication, planning ideas/ concepts, and writing skills;
· Have both independent and teamwork skills;
· Available for regular business trips arranged by the Company;
· Be well-organized, creative, dynamic and self–initiative;
· Years of experience: Not required, or fresh graduates with good academic results.
· Working time: 08:00 – 16:45/ From Monday to Friday.
· Working place: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
