Job description for Commis - Phụ Bếp at NHÀ HÀNG ESCO BEACH

Sơ chế nguyên liệu: Rửa, gọt vỏ, thái cắt thịt, cá, rau củ theo yêu cầu của đầu bếp.
Chuẩn bị dụng cụ: Sắp xếp công cụ, gia vị, nguyên liệu ra sẵn sàng tại khu vực làm việc (mise en place).
Hỗ trợ nấu ăn: Thực hiện các món đơn giản, làm salad, món khai vị, hoặc chiên/xào theo hướng dẫn.
