Job description for Client Success Manager at Rewardz
As an Client Success Manager,
You will be responsible for retention, adoption, and expansion of our products & services with assigned base of customers. Your main goal will be to act as a bridge between the clients & internal cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality experience for our clients, resulting with their satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include,
- Own overall relationship with a portfolio of clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, client retention, up-sell and cross-sell, and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services to the client
- Liaise with different internal stakeholders – Sales, Customer Support, Merchant and Development teams
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data while looking for ways to build on currently established practices
- Understand the business landscape as well as clients to bring new approaches and ideas utilising our platform

· You have at least 6-8 year(s) experience in account/client management roles
· You have excellent sales experience and customer service skills
· You have excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
· You are a creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solver
· You have at least a Bachelor degree in business administration, mass communication, social sciences or similar relevant field
· Proficiency in MS Office, especially in using Excel & PowerPoint
· You are proficient in Chinese – both Spoken & Written
