● Overview:
As an Operations Associate, you'll actively conduct research to recruit suitable experts that
match clients’ requests. The job requires strong analytical and communication skills, as
well as the ability to use different tools to find experts. The main goal is to provide valuable
insights to clients through the use of expert interviews and research.
Responsibilities:
● Business Operation:
○ Research & Analysis: Carry out research across industries and markets globally through client briefings and initial research to obtain project understanding and solutions for clients’ needs;
○ Expert Sourcing: Identify Experts for clients by leveraging Arches’ existing network and fresh onboarding using multiple platforms;
○ Expert Engagement & Assessment: Conduct direct communication with Experts to screen and build assessments for expert relevancy;
○ Expert Delivery: Coordinate and arrange meetings between clients and experts to collect insights.
● Corporate & Operational Support:
○ Support various corporate tasks required by a start-up company.
The Successful Candidate:
● Having experience in recruitment/executive research or headhunting is a plus.
