Client Finance Officer (Hybrid)

As a Client Finance Officer, you will
1. Handle Invoice Settlement and Reconciliation
Perform daily invoice settlement and related issues
Daily Credit card submission, response and reconciliation
2. Process Credit Note, refund and billing
Issuance of Credit Note and refund related issues (Portal CN)
Process refund on BSP credit note on Bank portal and Powersuite
Daily billing of VCT invoices and miscellaneous items
3. Resolve customer inquiries
Preparation of daily report (Daily raised, Missing settlement and Unbilled report)
Update of Missing Enhanced Data
5. Make use of training tools
Seek Knowledge Hub courses and seek opportunity for various instruction or updates to perform the functions that you are responsible for, stay current on tools and processes, take required training sessions.
Maintain a good understanding of all GDS systems and airline knowledge to ensure proper process can be implemented to ensure accuracy with client reporting.
Responsible for understanding Global Max back office functionality and reporting
6. Communicate effectively
Proficient in writing and speaking English
Collaborate with other teams and to develop best practices and solutions
Strong customer service, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
Provide training to stakeholders
7. Come up with creative solutions
Implement creative uses of technology to help decrease transaction processing time and manual involvement and continuously look at process improvement
Plan and organize projects to ensure company objectives are met.
Facilitation of, and participation in, activities with internal business partners to understand and gather business needs and requirements
Effective time management to work on multiple requests concurrently and deliver on time per department service level agreement
8. Ensure KPI & SLA Development are met
Minimum of 1-3 plus years' experience in the corporate travel management industry
Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
Advanced skills on travel industry systems (i.e. GDS)
Ability to communicate effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work flexible hours
Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
Strong problem solving and/or critical thinking skills
