Job Description
· Assist the Client Advisor in daily administrative and transaction work
· Client support in trade placement, onboarding, addressing client queries, etc.
· To work closely with the relevant stakeholders to resolve any client inquiries or issues
· Documentation support as required by the business, ensuring adherence to standard regulations and internal policies
· Ability to multi-task and carry out any other duties assigned by the superior
Requirement
· Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance/ Accounting/ relevant field
· At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing, client-oriented environment or in a similar capacity
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with mandarin-speaking stakeholders
