Job description for Clearance Broker at CÔNG TY TNHH PERSOLKELLY VIỆT NAM
Work Location: Noi Bai Airport - Tầng 4, Ga hàng hóa ALS, Cảng hàng không Quốc tế Nội Bài, xã Phú Minh, huyện Sóc Sơn, TP. Hà Nội.
Working Time: 44 hours per week, depending on business requirements. Off 1.5 day/ week
Morning: 6AM - 3PM,Evening:1PM - 10PM, Night: 9.30 PM –6.30 AM, Day shift: 8AM - 5PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Review customs documentation, classify goods according to customs regulations, declare customs declaration form and determine duty rates and tax liabilities.
- Resolve customs-related issues and provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and proactively resolving any clearance issues
- Collaborate closely with government agencies, regulatory bodies and internal teams for efficient and timely clearance.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience in Customs
- Customs professional certificate issued by Customs Department is preferrable
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures and trade compliance
- Proficiency in customs clearance software and online customs portal
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & PC
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with strong accuracy & attention to detail
