Tiếp nhận phản hồi của nhân sự, khiếu nại từ các bộ phận về việc tuân thủ, thực thi quy định trong công ty. Phối hợp với bộ phận vận hành để giải quyết các trường hợp vi phạm kỷ luật

Đối soát, kiểm tra tính pháp lý của các văn bản trình ký BOD do các đơn vị trong công ty đề xuất. Kiểm tra, đánh giá tính chính xác thông tin, số liệu, báo cáo...từ các phòng ban/bộ phận

Xác minh các trường hợp có rủi ro (có biểu hiện không tuân thủ, tiêu cực, trục lợi, gian lận,...)

Báo cáo, đề xuất phương án xử lý các sự vụ phát sinh lên BOD

Lên lịch kiểm kê tài sản định kỳ tháng/quý/năm

Kiểm soát và báo cáo tình trạng, khấu hao tài sản. Nhắc nhỡ, lập biên bản trường hợp sử dụng tài sản sai mục đích, bảo quản không đúng gây hư hao, thất lạc...
