• Lập kế hoạch đào tạo theo định kỳ hàng tháng, hàng quý, hàng năm. (Chủ đề học bám sát nhu cầu công việc thực tế).

• Cùng với các Trưởng bộ phận khối Nhà hàng soạn thảo tài liệu mới/cập nhật tài liệu đào tạo kiến thức / kỹ năng nghiệp vụ các vị trí trong hệ thống.

• Tổ chức trực tiếp đào tạo nghiệp vụ cơ bản/ đào tạo các Module kỹ năng trong ngành F&B cần thiết.

• Phối hợp theo dõi kiểm tra, xây dựng hệ thống đánh giá kết quả đào tạo tại nhà hàng và báo cáo đến BGD để đề xuất các phương án cải tiến.

• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của BGD.

• Tốt nghiệp CĐ, ĐH chuyên ngành nhà hàng, khách sạn, du lịch,...

• Có kinh nghiệm từ 1 năm tại vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực F&B.

• Có thể đi công tác các tỉnh.

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình, truyền đạt tốt.

• Có kỹ năng xây dựng, biên soạn nội dung và tài liệu đào tạo.
