Main Duties
- Improving operating procedures and quality of output of services to increase profits and/or even waste to make the organization more efficient;
- Set comprehensive goals and effective strategic plans for the organization‘s performance and growth;
- Working with directors and managers to ensure optimal resources for all departments to meet the company’s overall objectives;
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with internal and external clients, including Directors, Senior Managers, Partners, and other stakeholders;
- Directing the organization's day-to-day operations and implementing the business strategies aligning with CEO;
- Understanding client needs, providing solutions and support to Account Directors/Managers, Head of Media, and Creative Managers to provide excellent solutions for clients;
- Analyzing financial records, planning, the performance of and following the budget.
- Identifying advantages and comparing the organization’s service;
- Working with BD Directors, Account Directors to identify new opportunities within the existing clients' businesses;
- Responsible for other duties from the CEO.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Good communication in English (preferred).
- Minimum 6-year experience in a management position.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skill and systematic mindset
- Work independently, self-motivated, and high integrity
- Proactive, results-driven, trustworthy, and willing to go an extra mile
- Multitask, strong detail attention.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Competitive + Incentive bonus (Package: 60-80tr NET)
