Job description for Chat Support Officer at Cindrum
- Customer Support Chat via all available channels (ex. Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram etc.)
- Addresses customer’s queries and resolve complaints
- Responds to comments on social media accounts
- Manages customer engagement programs
- Stays abreast of product knowledge and related information
- Having experience as customer service at least a year
- Preferably having working experience in Crypto Exchange
- Thorough understanding of the Blockchain Industry and Cryptocurrency Market.
- Excellent written English communications skills.
- Fluent in English is a Plus
- Willing to be Work From Office in West Jakarta
