As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales for our ground-breaking products by building positive relationships with customers. You will own the brand of ASUS, ensuring every customer interaction is tailored and outstanding. You will act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs and build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships. You will report directly to Sales Management Director.
In your daily duties, you will:
· Be responsible for the overall management of strategic and operational customer relationship activities
· Develop a thorough understanding of our products/service offerings and of partners’ business requirements to better upsell and cross-sell to customers
· Develop a business plan & suitable coop marketing activities campaign for each customer
· Plan customers’ product mix to match with brand strategy and market demand
· Manage channel partners’ healthy inventory
· Identify new opportunities of acquiring channel partners and developing new customers
· Monitor overall market with Product/Pricing/Promotion surveying
· Proactively develop customer relationships
·2+ year experience in Sales in the ICT and good understanding of enterprise market is a plus
· Having experience in selling desktop/laptop is a big plus.
· Ability to articulate the value proposition of our product/service offerings
· Ability to establish relationships with customers and partners
· Advanced motivational & negotiation skills with high focus on customer satisfaction
