This is an internship role for a CEO Office Intern. The intern will assist with daily administrative task, customer service, and office administration. Responsibilities include handling internal and external communication, scheduling and providing support to the CEO. This is a hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Role Description:
- Excellent Communication skill
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in using AI Tools (e.g. ChatGPT)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
