What you will do:
Communicate with our students and support them through their job-search process;
Be responsible for the organization of online live sessions and 1:1 career consultations;
Troubleshooting;
Be responsible for managing career coaches;
Collect feedback from students and career coaches, analyze and work with the career center lead on improvements;
Build all necessary processes and guidelines together with the career center lead.
What we expect from you:
Experience in the career center would be an advantage;
You love communications with people;
You enjoy helping people and provide best service to them;
3+ year of experience of working as community/customer success/customer support manager;
You know how to measure your work in terms of metrics;
English B2 and above.
