Job description for Career Coach Coordinator at Revou
- Analyze and evaluate Career Coach and student performance through reports that will be provided to you by our career support operations and insights team
- Ensure student readiness of job hunting material (such as CV & LinkedIn) by working closely with career coaches to establish & maintain quality standards that will lead our students to succeed in their job hunting journey
- Empower and engage your career coaches to drive their students’ jobhunting journey throughout the different stages of the application process to maximize engagement and interview success rates
- Manage your Career Coaches' KPIs and ensure they deliver on target or above their performance indicators (such as time to placement, milestones, and SLAs).
- Proactively identify and help Career Coaches when they face challenges and help them get back on track
- Lead and facilitate the process in case of non-performing Career Coaches
- Assess students' feedback during the program related to career coach performance.
- Lead process by regularly tracking, updating, and reporting student feedback through our dashboards
- Facilitate exthe change of feedback to help career coaches improve skills in coaching and managing the students
- Facilitate classes and sessions for career coaches during the program to help them help students.
- Engage with Career Coaches to improve their retention rate by having regular outreach.
- Collect feedback from Career Coaches and make recommendations that will help us to improve our systems, content, processes, & programs across all departments in RevoU
- Experience in people development topics especially on academic, self-growth, or job search, ideally in a remote environment.
- A deep and genuine passion for supporting the career growth and development of young talents and people looking to change their careers for the better. You will need to prove to us how you translated such passion into specific actions throughout your own career.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven. You appreciate the importance of making sure that details are correct and accurate and enjoy it when things ‘are in their right place’. Ticking off your to-do list is one of the (many) little joys of your day
- High empathy and great communication skills as you will spend considerable time talking to career coaches, other teams, or our students - you enjoy productive discussions to solve problems and share feedback and you get energy from getting to know new people and building relationships with them. You know how to have friendly but frank conversations as you know that some situations will require us to be firm for the greater good of student success
- Growth mindset - willingness to learn and improve. You are unhappy with business as usual, you are constantly looking at new opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your work and how things are done.
- Passionate about education and obsessed about seeing our students succeed in their careers, as we are building a culture of people obsessively passionate about our mission and the impact we can have on the lives of hundreds and (soon) thousands of people around Indonesia.
