- Tiếp nhận và giải quyết các khiếu nại hoặc phản hồi từ khách hàng

- Hỗ trợ khách hàng với các thông tin cần thiết về sản phẩm, dịch vụ, hoặc các chương trình khuyến mãi mới. 

- Thực hiện các cuộc khảo sát để thu thập ý kiến và phản hồi từ khách hàng nhằm cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ.

- Thu nhập cơ bản: 8.500.000 - 12.000.000 VND/tháng + Thưởng
