Your Role: Campaign Operations Support
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to fulfil campaign requirements.
- Ensure all campaign assets and materials are prepared and delivered according to agreed timelines
- Maintain, validate, and update campaign data within relevant systems.
- Assist with campaign scheduling, deployment, and performance tracking across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on campaign results.
- Identify operational issues and support the implementation of improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Document campaign processes and outcomes to support continuous improvement and future planning.
- Ensure campaigns are executed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating processes (SOPs).
- Provide administrative support related to campaign activities where required.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degrees in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field are advantageous.
- 1–2 years' experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, CRM, Digital Marketing, or a similar role is desirable.
- Strong administrative and data management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap, or similar systems.
- Basic data analysis skills and experience creating reports or dashboards.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, push notifications, WhatsApp Business, and SMS campaigns.
