JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS SYSTEMS & PROCESS ANALYST

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated Business Systems & Process Analyst to standardize and optimize our operational methods.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and technology, with a strong focus on ERP system

configuration (40%) and SOP development (40%). Additionally, you will conduct periodic process audits (20%) and assist the

Leadership Team by consolidating data and creating reporting presentation slides for strategic meetings.

WORKING CONDITIONS

1. Working Location

▪ Head Office: 236 Nguyễn Công Trứ, Bến Thành Ward, Hồ Chí Minh City

2. Working Time

▪ Working time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM)

▪ Lunch time: From 12.00 pm to 01.00 pm – exclusive of working hours.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ERP Operations and Implementation.

● Play the role of project coordinator to receive end-user requests and conduct business analysis to identify risks,

propose solutions, and support corrective actions

● Work with systems/technology vendors to design, set up tasks/flows, and implement customized ERP modules.

● Master Data Governance: Responsible for creating codes (item codes, partner codes, etc.), managing contacts, and

configuring approval workflows directly within the ERP system. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of system

data setup.

2. SOP development.

● Proactively engage with company departments to gather information and understand current operational methods.

● Draft, standardize, and issue Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring seamless cross-functional

coordination.

3. Internal Audit and Continuous Improvement.

● Conduct periodic internal audits of operational processes to assess departmental compliance with SOPs.

● Identify inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and propose changes or improvements to optimize SOPs.

4. Reporting support & Coordination.

● Prepare and consolidate raw data from Departments and create visual presentations to support management

meetings.

● Record meeting minutes during cross-functional meetings. Proactively follow up with PICs to update task execution

statuses and report outcomes.

● Other tasks assigned by the manager.

REQUIREMENTS

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.

2–3 years of experience in process analyst, project coordination, operations, or ERP Specialist.

● Hands-on experience operating, configuring workflows, and managing Master Data on ERP software (e.g., Odoo,

SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

● Proficient in process analysts, problem-solving abilities and skilled in drafting internal regulatory documents (SOPs).

● Proactively explore and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to optimize workflows, demonstrating a strong

commitment to continuous learning and innovation.

● Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

● Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) and follow-up skills, assertive

enough to chase PICs for updates without hesitation.

● Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

● Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude and commitment to delivering positive outcome and results
