We’re a fast-growing online medical concierge service that helps patients navigate their health journeys—from appointment bookings to specialist referrals—efficiently and with care.
We’re looking for a highly motivated Operations Intern to support our team in delivering smooth, compassionate service to patients and assisting in day-to-day backend operations.
💼 Role Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination with partner clinics and doctors
- Help monitor and manage incoming patient inquiries (via WhatsApp, email, chat)
- Maintain accurate records and assist in updating our internal patient database
- Support team in streamlining workflows and improving patient experience
- Help prepare reports, track metrics, and document SOPs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvements
✅ You Might Be a Good Fit If You Are:
- A student or recent graduate in healthcare, business, communications, operations, or related fields.
- Detail-oriented, with great organizational and time-management skills
- A clear communicator (written and verbal), fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using Google Workspace, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, etc.
- Empathetic and service-minded — you care about people and their well-being
- Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-moving, remote work environment
- Preferably available for a flexible schedule, including occasional evening shifts until 9 PM and weekend assignments when required.
