Job description for Business Development Associate at Simbadda Group
- Manage and execute B2B projects and make sure it delivered to the right target properly
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote the company’s products addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Negotiate contract terms with clients then communicate to Business Development Manager about the progress
- Present reports and realistic forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis to Business Development Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in Business Development
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry or e-commerce/ startup is preferred
- Performance and results-oriented with strong analytical skills and a good knowledge of the regional market sectors and their drivers
- Customer-focused with service-minded attitude, excellent communication skills, maintain relationships, along with sound commercial understanding
- Experience in the use of CRM and the ability to create targets and sales activity plans
- Proficient in written and spoken in English language, if able to speak the Mandarin language is a plus
