- Planning and preparing B2B market acquisition and Business Development.
- Set up meeting appointments with respectable potential clients.
- In charge of Business Development revenue.
- Manage, lead, and drive the Business Development team to meet the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and user retention target.
- Drive business growth measured by newly-acquired B2B Clients and growing retention rate month-to-month.
- Strategize new customer acquisition models on the focused market segment.
- Collaborate with the business unit team and other departments to work together in meeting the company's goals and growing the business with support and collaborations with each other.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business or Business Administration;
- Experience full time in B2B minimum 2 - 4 years;
- Having the ability to manage good communication in all levels of professionals;
- Able to present weekly and monthly reports to Management;
- Great presentation, communication, and persuasion skills;
- Proven track records in bringing traction and generating revenue.
- Monthly salary from IDR 5.000.000,- to IDR 7.000.000,-
