Job description for Business Development Manager at Pt Tilaka Nusa Teknologi
Responsibilities:
> Lead revenue and growth initiatives, through inbound and outbound leads, partnership, and collaborate with the respective teams
> Search for potential Leads as our new client through email, call, event, social media and business networks
> Manage and cascade the department’s business strategy & work planning
> Develop, assess and align the team's multiple business development strategic.
> Collaborate with cross department to identify levers for achieving business performance targets
> Provide support in discussions and negotiations with internal partners from other divisions and external partners to review arrangements and commercial contracts
> Know intimately the details on clients journey end-to-end from outbound to onboarding.
Qualifications:
> Min. bachelor degree in business management, finance, economics, communication or similiar fields from reputable universities
> Having working experience B2B, B2C, B2G in high-growth start-up, multinational technology companies
> Abilitiy to speak fluently in business setting in Bahasa and English is required
> A strong drive to make things happen, good attitude, charismatic and has the ability to influence in a multicultural setting
> Proven ability to meet and exceed business target, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
> Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to lead discussions on problem identifications and recommendation evaluations
> Proven project management capability to drive complex and ambiguous projects from end-to-end
> A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the dynamic industry and a strong drive to make things happens
> Familiar with CRM (such as Zoho, Hubspot)
> High Knowledge about SaaS or IT or Fintech with a large number of Leads
> Willing to Work From Office at Jakarta Selatan also well know Jabodetabek Area
