Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets in digital marketing services.
● Identify market opportunities, build a pipeline of leads, and nurture client relationships to close deals successfully.
● Lead the proposal development and pitching process, delivering tailored digital marketing solutions that align with client goals.
● Work closely with internal teams (Account, Creative, Media, etc.) to ensure the delivery of campaigns that exceed client expectations.
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities for Carta Holdings.
● Negotiate contracts and ensure mutual benefit for both the client and company.
● Mentor and coach the business development team to drive individual and collective performance.
● Report sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
● Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
● Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions (e.g., SEO, social media, paid ads, KOL marketing, content marketing).
● Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive results.
● Proficient in English (spoken and written); Japanese is a plus.
