Launch JDI represents one of the six business units within JDI, acting as a vital link between Vietnamese and Singaporean companies. Through business matching activities, market setup assistance, and community building, Launch JDI facilitates meaningful connections and collaborations between businesses in these regions.
Overview
We are actively seeking a dynamic and passionate Intern to join our Launch JDI team. As a Business Development Intern, you will play a vital role in identifying potential target customers through a combination of sales cold-calls and digital sales strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include inviting potential customers to participate in our meetings/events and maintaining an up-to-date CRM database.
This internship is an exciting opportunity for someone who is an inspired self-starter and is eager to engage in both traditional and digital sales techniques.
Learning Opportunities
You will be engaging founders and leadership teams of fast-growing tech companies across the Southeast Asian region.
Your role is to support the entire sales process from end-to-end, for our Launch JDI business unit, guided by our playbook and processes, with the use of a mix of digital sales tools and methodologies. Here are key aspects of the role:
1. Sales & BD Support: Assist in creating and maintaining our leads and contacts
databases, as well as the tracking of sales activities and key metrics.
2. Lead Nurturing: Engage database to drive funnel conversion.
3. Lead Qualification: Conduct business meetings with prospects
4. Sales: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to each deal, assist in the negotiation and closing of deals with clients.

Through active involvement in various stages of the sales process and the utilization of modern sales tools, you will have the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally.
