POSITION TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN

Genkin is looking for a Business Development Intern to seek out and attract new customers for the business, expanding the customer base to increase sales and revenue.

This position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem solver who may involve building and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers, through creating a contact and customer care plan.

● Provide comprehensive information about the services or products that customers are interested in through the company's Facebook channel.

● Gather all necessary information from customers to transfer to the Customer Service department for further consultation.

● Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued interest in the company's services.

● Support relevant departments in processing orders and other requests from customers.

CV should be in English and must include the date of birth.

● Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.

● Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.

● Commission and bonuses based on orders, up to 3M/month
