Job description for Business Development Executive at Chin Media
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Take care of and answer clients' information and oversee the business' sales process.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage assigned clients
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
- Manage licenses and contracts for customers when the quote has been agreed, upon and customers have signed contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Actively consult with key affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives by recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
- Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Maintain and follow campaign activities in CRM.
- Prepare proposal materials customized for each client’s specific business needs.
- Develop rapport with key decision-makers
- Set up virtual nad in-person sales meetings
REQUIREMENTS
- Have 1-2 years of experience in Sales and knowledge of digital marketing.
- Experience working in an agency is a plus.
- Hardworking, outgoing, proactive & adaptable personality.
- Ability to calculate and a knack for numbers is a plus.
- Good communication, negotiation skills, and a good command of English.
- Experience in making Quotations, Proposals & presentations.
