Job description for Business Development Executive at Halocom

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Business Development Executive at Halocom Digital, you’ll be responsible for identifying new client opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the growth of our influencer marketing and digital advertising services. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to brands, while building sustainable relationships for long-term success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct research to identify potential market segments and target clients
  • Search and reach out to key decision-makers via social platforms, emails, or calls
  • Organize, update, and maintain the lead database on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Join client meetings (online/offline) and provide meeting summaries
  • Support in preparing sales kits, proposals, contracts, quotations, and payment documents.
  • Assist in campaign documentation: reports, liquidation, invoices, etc.
  • Source and liaise with vendors (e.g. content, design, seeding) for quotation and service coordination
  • Conduct post-campaign client surveys and feedback check-ins
  • Handle client inquiries via the company hotline and social media platforms
  • Report directly to CEO and follow assigned tasks

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales / business development/ account.
  • Knowledge or experience in Digital/ Social/ Marketing
  • Proven track record in sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • General expertise in digital marketing, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to drive sales.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and analytical skills.
  • Bring a positive, energetic, and optimistic approach to the team.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and push beyond comfort zones.
