Job description for Business Development Executive at CÔNG TY TNHH STAR UNION TECHNOLOGY
We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Executive with experience in E-commerce, TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, or Influencer Marketing, who is passionate about helping brands scale through creator-driven commerce.
1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Developed and managed partnerships with TikTok Shop brands and sellers, providing affiliate marketing solutions to drive sales growth and GMV.
- Consulted brands on KOL/KOC collaboration strategies, including commission structures, sampling programs, and campaign planning.
- Collaborate closely with KOLs/KOCs to execute affiliate campaigns, monitor content delivery, and maximize campaign performance.
- Coordinated cross-functional teams to execute affiliate campaigns and optimize performance through data-driven insights.
- Monitored key metrics such as GMV, orders, conversion rates, and content performance to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Built and maintained long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and supporting revenue growth.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, E-commerce, TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, or Influencer Marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to analyze basic performance metrics and campaign results.
- Proficient in English or Chinese for business communication is preferred.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
