Deskripsi Pekerjaan

-Identify and approach potential partners, including: High Schools (SMA), Universities. Student Associations (Himpunan), Student Executive Boards (BEM), StudyPrograms, International Offices

- University management and decision makers

-Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions.

-Conduct outreach via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, phone calls, and meetings.

-Schedule meetings and present Birlan’s programs.

Manage sales pipelines and partnership opportunities.

-Work closely with the management team to prepare proposals and program offerings.

-Compensation & Benefits

-Salary: IDR 6,500,000/month

-Hybrid Working: 3 days Work From Home, 2 days Work -From Office (Jakarta)

Syarat Pekerjaan

-Bachelor’s degree (any major).

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Confident speaking with new people and decision makers.

-Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.

-Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, or

-Partnerships is a plus.

-Leadership or organizational experience (BEM, Himpunan, student organizations, ) is highly preferred.

-Fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills are welcome to apply.
