Job description for Business Development Executive (Indonesia) at BioMark
- Minimum of 2 (two) years’ experience in business development, sales and marketing.
- Passionate about healthcare and making a positive impact on people’s lives.
- Proven track record of B2B / B2C / B2B2C product/sales management experience, preferably within the space of the medical software, medical devices or pharmaceutical market to primary care doctors.
- Ability to be a part of and to motivate a product team that not only achieves, but exceeds targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven negotiation and presentation skills including preparation of presentation decks
- Basic business acumen and financial projection skills.
- Ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to build win-win partnerships.
- Familiar with business development tools and software such as CRM, SEO tools, business and sales intelligence, marketing automation, social media management, workflow management etc.
- An entrepreneurial, risk-taking attitude, and the humility to make honest assessments about areas for improvement.
- A nimble, collaborative approach to solving business challenges and creating content that serves emerging and long-established needs.
- The desire to grow quickly and scale up skills to match business demands.
- Self-starting initiative combined with a collaborative, team-based approach. In this role, you’ll be coming up with and executing on ideas, while inspiring your team members to come along on the journey.
- Experience in tech industry roles and/or start-ups is a plus.
- Identify, research, track and add qualified, potential business and corporate clients to sales pipeline
- Develop and maintain client and strategic partnerships to grow business
- Conduct ongoing market research to know BioMark’s value propositions and key differentiators from peers and competitors
- Develop business proposals that prioritize for BioMark revenue, business volumes and speed of delivery considering product feasibility
- Track and report on the status of conducted proposal with potential clients
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate upwards with internal stakeholders before finalization of contract
- Prepare, submit and track status of sales contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams, including but not limited to BioMark product and PAH laboratories to ensure that contract deliverables are executed as agreed. This includes working with pricing department to create rate proposals
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data to generate additional leads and bring extension to existing contracts
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Any other tasks as determined by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer.
