Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from customer engagement to contract closing.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customers’ business needs, operational challenges, and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate Odoo Management Software solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Provide consultation and recommendations to help customers maximize the value of Odoo solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements with customers.
- Analyze market opportunities and customer needs to support business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) and comfortable using English for daily work communication
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business opportunities and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Experience in lead generation, market research, or client acquisition is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, business applications, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
- Willing to work full-time on-site at BSD Office.
