Company Description
We are an early-stage startup based in Indonesia with a mission to equalize access to job opportunities through education, community building and technology. We believe that business and social value can be achieved in tandem--helping more people upskill, get jobs and advance themselves.
Our founders have a wealth of experience building businesses at some of the most reputable tech and professional service firms in the region (Baca, Grab, McKinsey, etc.). We are looking for smart and ambitious Business Development Associate who possess a passion for people and impact.

Requirements:
1. Min. 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales
2. Strong communication, organizational, and good at time management skill
3. Have a comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
4. Self driven & High Initiative
5. Strong interpersonal and have a customer oriented
6. Excellence selling skills & negotiation
7. Target oriented
8. Possess Leadership
9. Has a pro active mindset and business sense

Responsibilities:
1. Explore and acquire new potential clients
2. Build relationship with prospective clients
3. Maintain consistency contact with existing clients
4. Experience in full sales cycle including deal until closing
5. Analytical (Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion) & problem solving skills
6. Track metrics and establish competitive advantages
7. Developing plans for business and revenue growth
8. Pursue leads and moving them through the sales cycle

KPI: Achieve monthly individual target
