Job description for Business Development Analyst at Prestisa
- Create new funnel and optimise existing funnel, also develop sales strategic to increase the company's income
- Lead the development, planning, and execution of community program to support Executive Partner Channel
- Grow and increase number of people to join and increase downline of the community member Executive Partner
- Maintain low rate of member community drop out through out of the box and creative online engagement strategy out
- Develop insightful strategy and tactical idea on how to drive transaction in Executive Partner through all community
- Maintain daily engagement with community in each channel (broadcast communication, daily interaction with community member)
- Create monthly program and campaign for community goals
- Coordinate with operational/sales, marketing, content and product team for procuring program and creative campaign generate transaction
- All majors are welcome to apply, especially those with education background in management, marketing, communication and public relations are highly encouraged to apply
- Previous working experience managing community in consumer goods, retails, commerce industry, and/or selling product to the market are preferable
- Have Minimum 4 years of experience managing strategic sales and online community - from growing, maintaining and creating activation/engagement program
- Customer SALES focus mindset, have interest in sales and community development
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable working in fast pace and adaptive environment
